MUSHOKU TENSEI

A forest-based portrait series inspired by Roxy Migurdia from Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation.

For this shoot, I wanted the images to feel less like traditional character portraits and more like stills pulled from a fantasy film or game. We used the forest, riverbed, and surrounding landscape to build a sense of atmosphere and make the character feel like she genuinely belongs in the environment.

A lot of the photographs were shot in a variety of angles, I want the scenery to make the subject shine. The goal was to keep everything feeling cinematic, quiet, and a little whimsical while still letting the costume and character remain the focus.
